Published as the thirty-sixth installment (of one hundred and one) in Kyoto Shoin's "ArT RANDOM" series supervised by Edit DeAK, "Acts of Terrorism" was the first monograph devoted to the work of the legendary late New York-based artist, musician, and style trendsetter Rammellzee. Referring to his artistic production as "Gothic Futurism", the text for this volume published only in Japan is entirely by the eighties Hip-Hop pioneer whose calligraphic, graffiti-inflected work was a stylistic forerunner of contemporary Afro-Futurism. A most handsome example of this exceedingly uncommon and important document.
