rock punk disco is a collection of photographs by Katsumi Watanabe, a Japanese photographer.
The book contains photographs of young people taken in clubs, strip theatres and on the streets of Shinjuku from the 1960s to the 1980s, as well as a selection of texts from his book Discology, published by Banseisha in 1982. A limited edition of 300 copies was published in conjunction with the 2014 New York Art Book Fair exhibition.
